In my opinion, it's simply too easy to disregard defense unless your gting. That what I think the problem is when it comes to killing. Say someone is running indy and has 40m paly's and no siege. Some guy with 5m siege comes up and kills him, completely oblivious to the fact that the other guy still has millions of troops. But if your running gt and have every kind of troop, it's way too difficult to hold a large enough army to break people unless you have very low defense.

I agree with mojo. Standard attack only for the last 100k acres in RoG and 5k acres in reg. Tbh, it's a bunch of BS right now. I had 260m mounts last round and mojo comes in with a LOT of INF and kills me, oblivious to mounted army, which was 2nd only behind Ken, who had 297m.

if you raised the war tax to a ridiculous amount and maybe add a food tax as well it would slow down clan wars, that would be less killing and probably get more clans going. i dont see a remedy for untagged empires.
